About the JM90
This set is based on McNelly’s standard soapbar P90s, but made to install under Jazzmaster covers. You'll have increased output and fatter tone than a typical JM, plus the lovely neck/bridge balance that the McNelly P90s are known for. The McNelly P90 Soapbar is one of the most popular models, used by guitar makers and individual players around the world. If you want to step away from the more traditional Jazzmaster single coil, achieve a grittier, chunkier tone and fancy some P90 character instead in your JM, this is a fantastic set to achieve that with.

What's included?
Inside the box you'll find your new JM90 pickup set, along with a set of antique white covers, your mounting screws and 2 strips of height adjustment foam/sponge.
Recommended wiring
We recommend pairing the JM90 with 500k pots and 0.022uF caps, as they are essentially P90 based pickups, not Jazzmaster single coils.
Installation
These pickups are traditional/vintage Jazzmaster single coil sizing. They are wired with hot and ground separate 22awg cloth covered wire as standard. If by chance you aren't comfortable installing these pickups yourself, and are local to the Home of Tone, then I offer professional in-house installation. If you are installing them yourself, then I am of course here for any installation advise too.
