EU / EEA member states / Northern Ireland visistors -
UPDATE AS OF JULY 11th 2026
I am sorry to have to do this, believe me. But I am having to temporarily stop orders into the EU. There are some more regulation changes being introduced in early August, which at the moment just aren't viable for me. At the end of the day, I'm a one man, micro business. I do absolutely everything myself, there's only so many hours in the day and to be totally honest, some of the upcoming changes are so labour intensive to adhere too let alone the extra costs (I have been quoted around £6000 per annum, to continue selling to the EU, to the countries I was previously), it just simply isn't viable for me. So temporarily, I am having to stop all orders going into the EU I am sorry to say.
I will be looking into my options, speaking with some export specialists and my existing EU representative to see if there is a way of making this affordable and viable time-wise. But for now, it will just need to be put on hold I'm sorry to say. I am leaving all of the info below published, but consider this information posted as of today (11th July 2026) the latest on my EU status going forward. I will update accordingly should I find a way to make this affordable and viable.
A quick thank you for the incredibly kind support I have had from my EU customers over the years. I am so exhausted trying to keep up to date with the state of international trade these last few years, and these further changes have just driven the stake through my heart to be honest. But, as always, I will do my best to find a solution if possible and update accordingly.
Information below retained for reference, but isn't currently relevant -
Due to distribution restrictions, and/or certain EU regulations such as their product safety regulation, I am only able to sell certain product ranges to customers based in the EU. This also includes EU EEA member states (such as Norway for example) and unfortunately also Northern Ireland which now adopts a number of EU regulations which I have to adhere to as well (more detail in regards to NI below).
As such, if you are visiting the website from an EU country, EEA member state or Northern Ireland, you will only be able to order a smaller selection of products from my full catalog. I will list the brands I am able to sell to EU/EEA addresses below.
I employ an EU based safety representative specifically to allow me to sell my Signature and Solderless series pre-wired guitar harness product ranges to the EU. This representative is solely for the purpose of meeting the EU's regulations in regards to GPSR, so they essentially facilitate any possible queries from EU customs for example should a safety inquiry arise. They do not handle any shipping, they do not carry any stock etc. All harness products are still made one by one, by me (James) and dispatched from my office here in the UK. They are merely employed to meet the EU requirements, which allows me to sell and ship into the EU to regulation.
Customs charges will still apply, so please refer to this page for any additional information on that subject and I highly recommend that you please familiarise yourself with the possible customs charges for your country before placing an order to ensure it is viable for you to place an order.
Brands I am able to sell to EU / EEA member states;
I am able to sell these due to provided support by the brand and/or their distributor, if the brands products are manufactured within the EU, or they meet all of the GPSR requirements.
Genuine Fender, LEHLE, G7th, The Rock Slide, Lovalet Guitars, Music Nomad, Halon, Schaller, RightOn! and my own brand range of Signature Series, Solderless Series and Bumblebee Series pre-wired harnesses.
If you are viewing the website from the EU or a EEA member state, then you will only be able to order/checkout products from the brands listed above. All other products will be visible to you, but you will be unable to checkout if those products are in your cart I'm afraid.
Products I am un-able to sell to the EU / EEA member states;
Some brands have region specific, exclusive distributors meaning I am only allowed to sell within my agreed regions.
Some brands haven't (as yet) set up their GPSR requirements, therefore for those products/brands I am unable to sell into the EU. These brands aren't producing unsafe product by any means, it is simply that it is a very complicated and expensive process to employ safety representatives and complete all of the paper work required. Having gone through this myself for my pre-wired product range, I can sympathise why some brands feel it isn't a viable option for them (yet).
Northern Ireland
Northern Ireland, although part of the United Kingdom, does have to follow some EU regulations, including GPSR. As such, the same EU rules detailed above apply in terms of what products I am able to sell into NI.
If you are an individual (IE, not a business) based in Northern Ireland then I can ship the brands/products detailed above to you no problem at all. You can order these listed brands/products via the regular website checkout.
If you are a business based in Northern Ireland, then I can only ship an order to you if it is up to and including £135 order total but please note these shipments can see delays as customs may need to further investigate the contents for clearance. For orders over £135 total, I am currently unable to ship to you. Although I am hoping to have this resolved ASAP after I gain my UKIMS registration number. As a business based in Northern Ireland, as the receiver, you must also adhere to these regulations which are your responsibility I will also require your businesses EORI number for the customs declaration.
I won't go into the details of the Windsor Framework here, but a google search will hopefully provide you with the info you need about it. But basically there are now requirements for shipping to NI which I have to adhere to. - https://www.royalmail.com/windsor-framework
Thank you for taking the time to read this information, and for your patience with me too. As a one-man business, it is time consuming to ensure everything is correctly adhered so thank you for your patience and support.
James

Hi Luke,
I am able to ship to the US. The GPSR changes and my temporary stoppage to EU and Northern Ireland are a result of a European Union specific regulation change. So no effect on shipments from UK to the USA.
Many thanks,
James
Are you still able to ship stuff to the US.
