About

I use this tinned solid copper wire for my ground connections between pots casings etc on my Signature Series harnesses as well as in house repairs/re-wires. I personally opt to use the fairly chunky/stirdy 20SWG (a slightly thicker gauge than the usual 22AWG wire used for the main connections) purely as a bit of extra strength and rigidity between the components. This is helpful when the harness needs to be handled for install, a bit of future proofing too should it need to be all removed and handled in years to come. As this is solid core too it's very sturdy to handle which can be helpful for good ground connections. This is particularly nice stuff to work with though, it's copper 0.91mm core wire and solders really nicely with a really solid ground connection.

It's supplied as a 2ft length. If you buy more quantities, I will cut it as a continuous length should the reel allow! 

If you want to shield this wire, you can use the heat shrink that I also stock and the 1.6mm heat shrink fits over this a treat.

Local pickup - If you are local and wish to collect any items or order in advance for collection on a specific day, then you can still place an order online and select local pickup at the checkout. Or drop me a message and I'll reserve the items ready for your visit.
For online ordering and dispatch - In stock, non made to order items are processed and dispatched 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
For orders that are placed on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday I have an order cut off time of 12:00GMT to allow me chance to process, pack and dispatch your order same day.
For non dispatch days (Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday) there is no order cut-off time, and these will be processed, packed and shipped on the closest following dispatch day.
I will always endeavor to fulfill orders as quickly as I can and if you have specific requirements for a delivery date please do let me know and hopefully I can help.
