Replacing, or in some cases upgrading your guitar's wiring may be a matter of necessity if there are niggling faults perhaps, but you may also have considered replacing it as a way of improving the guitar. So, the big question of course is
would it make any difference?

I have had many players been amazed at the difference a new harness has made to their guitar and the sound produced, and that's great to hear! I personally feel that quality electronic components in your guitar will help bring the best out of the pickups, and that's what I set out to achieve with the component choices in my harnesses. I think the best reasons to replace or upgrade your wiring is down to part quality, tolerances, reliability and ease of install.
I wrote quite an extensive article talking about the details about guitar wiring and how/why it can make an improvement to your guitar. To read more on this feature, visit the full blog post HERE!

Pre-Wired harnesses offer a great solution to replace or upgrade your wiring with minimal soldering your end, as for some it's a daunting task. This keeps it as simple as possible! All harnesses are made by me here at the Home of Tone, to ensure the best possible workmanship I can.

The Signature Series
My pre-wired harnesses have been  part of my product range since the very early days of the Home of Tone in 2015, and I've loved further developing them over the past few years. Further refining via your great feedback and requests, along with my own research and preferences. This has lead me to release the signature series.

CUSTOM HARNESSES

I'm afraid I no longer offer custom harnesses. I am happy to make my existing range of harnesses with a different pot or capacitor value if you have a specific requirement in that regard. But I'm afraid I won't be making any custom harnesses. Thanks for your understanding
