I was really impressed by these kill switches after inspecting/using one, they have a couple of useful features which I'll touch on in a moment, that make them great for guitar mods. The MIMMO 10MM Momentary LED button switch is perfect for the player that doesn't want to make a major modification to their guitar.  This is the perfect size to replace a standard CTS style 3/8" / 9.52mm mounting thread diameter potentiometer. If you have a smaller pots on an Asian import guitar, only minimal modification to the hole is required.

This button takes some cool features from the IDO 10mm spec, but with the beautiful LED ring addition. In Stainless steel, with a red LED ring, this one will look particularly cool on stage. Some worthy notes worth reading in the fitting and spec tabs below, as being LED you will need to consider power. The kit does come with what is needed to power/wire up, but well worth a read to see if this is suitable for your guitar/needs.

Installation

These are nice and easy to install, but if you have any concerns about installing I highly recommend having a skilled guitar repairer to carry out the install for you to save any issues caused. (1) Tesi Quick-Connect wiring Bundle that includes:
     (1) 8" Black ground wire (already attached)
     (1) 8" White hot wire (already attached)
     (1) 8" 9V Battery Harness with 330 Ohm resistor
     (1) On/Off Rocker Switch
(1) Set of easy-to-follow wiring instructions
(1) Spare 270 Ohm resistor for custom wiring jobs

When used with active pickups and/or a stereo output jack (not included) the Tesi MIMMO does not require the additional on/off rocker switch.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not try to connect the switch directly to a battery. The LED is a 6V bulb and requires a resistor with a minimum value of 270 Ohms to work with a 9V battery.  Using a 9V battery without the resistor voids the warranty on the switch.
