The Strat is very much part of the reason I wanted to play the guitar. As a young kid, 5/6 to be precise, I'd watch people on TV like Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and David Gilmore and was quite simply in awe of the guitar they all had in common. It was the first electric guitar I put my hands on, and the first guitar I ever owned, so it goes without saying I know and love my Strats.
