A (roughly) 70mm x 15mm x 12mm strip of neoprene sponge/foam with one self adhesive peel back strip side for use with pickup height adjustment on instruments such as Jazzmasters, Jaguars, P & J bass for example. You can easily cut down the strip length if required.
