They're available here in a variety of useful values such as .001uF, .0012uF, .0033uF, .015uF, .022uF, .033uF, .047uF and .1uF.

Which will I need?

These available values will help perform a variety of useful functions in a guitar circuit. From Treble Bleed mods to tone pot controls. Which value you need will come down to what job you want it to perform and how you want it to perform it.

.001uF & .0012uF values are commonly used for treble bleed circuits. Use them on their own, or wire them alongside a resistor in parallel or series between your input and output lugs on the volume pot if you want clarity right through the volume sweep.

.0033uF is commonly/traditionally used for Bass VI and Jaguar 'strangle' switches.

.015uF and .022uF values are commonly used with humbucker equipped guitars although many players are enjoying the benefits of a .022uF with single coils too.

.033uF is commonly/traditionally used in Jazzmaster lead circuit tone controls.

.047uF has long been used alongside single coil equipped guitars, predominantly by Fender since the 60s up until today.

.1uF is a traditional/vintage spec found in many strats, teles and P-Basses from their inception in the 50s through to the 60s for example

These are general guidelines, but which is 'correct' so to speak is more guided by personal preference, how you like your guitar/tone pots to function. But also, more often than not, based off the pickup manufacturers recommendations to get the 'best' out of their pickup design. But you can of course use whichever you choose for the given application.
