About
This pedal was designed to emulate the sounds and textures of the Lo-Fi Loop Junky™ in real time, but it goes far beyond that. Click it on and mix your sparkly clear compressed signal with the smashed, lo-fidelity warbled signal and listen to it become a luscious emulsification that can be blended to the most perfect depth. Achieve new haunting chorus sounds and pulsating vibrato. Unusual and fun, you’ve never heard anything quite like it. It can be anywhere in the chain, providing different textures depending on it’s position in the lineup.
I personally own one of these and consider it within my top 2 or 3 favourite pedals I've owned/played through. It's so much fun and inspiring to use.
Pedal Dimensions (LxWxH): 4.70" x 2.38" x 1.82"
Controls
Volume: Overall output volume for the unit.
Tone: Can be used to lower the brightness of the Lo-Fi signal (the vibrato sound). Does not affect the compressed signal.
Comp/Lo-Fi: Adjusts anywhere between full compression and full vibrato mix. Blending the two (somewhere between the extremes) creates a chorusing sound.
Speed: Adjusts the speed of the Vibrato (only affects the Lo-Fi sound).
Depth: Sets the depth of the Vibrato (only affects the Lo-Fi sound).
Waveform: Sets the waveform of the Vibrato’s modulation. The traditional Lo-Fi Loop Junky simulation setting is triangle
Battery/power supply info
The Instant Lo-Fi draws less than 20mA and can be powered with a 9V battery (remove the four screws on the bottom for replacement) or any standard filtered/regulated musical 9VDC power supply with a Boss-style connector (negative-tip barrel connector). We recommend using an alkaline 9V battery but a carbon-zinc battery (shipped with the unit) will work.

Local pickup - If you are local and wish to collect any items or order in advance for collection on a specific day, then you can still place an order online and select local pickup at the checkout. Or drop me a message and I'll reserve the items ready for your visit.
For online ordering and dispatch - In stock, non made to order items are processed and dispatched 4 days a week; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
For orders that are placed on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday I have an order cut off time of 14:00GMT (with Royal Mail shipping services only) to allow me chance to process, pack and dispatch your order same day.
For non dispatch days (Saturday, Sunday, & Thursday) there is no order cut-off time, and these will be processed, packed and shipped on the closest following dispatch day.
