These Alpha brand solid shaft linear taper mini pots are ideal for the two roller controls on the Jazzmaster and Jaguar Rhythm circuit. They're available here in 1 Meg & 50k ratings, both are linear taper which is traditionally used in this application. Also available in 500k linear which is the spec used in the Troy Van Leeuwen signature Jazzmaster model for the rhythm circuit volume position. The taper style (linear) does also mean these can be used and wired for both right handed and left handed guitars.
I use these in my Pre-Wired Jazzmaster and Jaguar looms and they are great, consistent, long lasting and perform their job perfectly.
The Alpha made pots are perhaps more commonly used in MIJ or import Jazzmasters & Jaguars but can fit any origin of JM or Jag ultimately. The main detail to note is the mounting thread diameter and the pot shaft diameter. Some USA models of JM & Jag will have CTS made mini pots which have a much smaller shaft diameter (3.96mm) so do make note of the measurements detailed below depending on what size roller wheel control knobs you have and whether they will fit your Jazzmaster or Jaguar.

Which value do I need?
Traditionally for both Jazzmasters and Jaguars, 1MEG linear is used for the Rhythm Circuit volume, and 50k linear is used for the rhythm circuit tone.
There are sometimes some variations to this depending on specific model of guitar or personal preference. But these are the traditional values.
500k linear is used in the rhythm circuit volume pot position on the Troy Van Leeuwen Signature Jazzmaster.

Local pickup - If you are local and wish to collect any items or order in advance for collection on a specific day, then you can still place an order online and select local pickup at the checkout. Or drop me a message and I'll reserve the items ready for your visit.
For online ordering and dispatch - In stock, non made to order items are processed and dispatched 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
For orders that are placed on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday I have an order cut off time of 12:00GMT to allow me chance to process, pack and dispatch your order same day.
For non dispatch days (Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday) there is no order cut-off time, and these will be processed, packed and shipped on the closest following dispatch day.
