Each year I have tried to organise a fundraiser, for Mind Charity, a cause which has proved to mean as much to my customers as it has to myself. This year I wanted to organise a relaxed get-together and what better way to do that than over some coffee. So I'm going to be your barista for the day, apologies though, my 'latte art' leaves a lot to be desired, but it should taste good! (Other warm and cold drinks will be available of course, as well as some nibbles of which I'll do my best to ensure a mixture of foods to cater for a variety of dietary requirements).
I'm inviting you to join me at The Bonded Warehouse, in Stourbridge for Coffee.Guitars! Bring along any guitars you'd love to geek out about with us too, let's enjoy good company and our shared passion for the guitar, an instrument which I'm sure helps with our mental health in so many ways.
I'm planning some other things to make the trip worthwhile, so stay tuned as I get the ball rolling on those!

Charity -
I am fundraising on behalf of Mind Charity. Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. This has proved to be a meaningful cause for my customers who have continued to be supportive during my previous fundraisers for this cause. Donations will be taken on the day on behalf of Mind, and hopefully we can not just raise funds but raise awareness and show our support for those effected by mental health.

When -
Saturday 9th November from 12:00 midday until 15:30
Things to do in the surrounding area if you're planning on making a day of it -
Stourbridge is the heart of UK glass making, so if that's of interest to you there are a number of locations near our event where you can go and see the work produced here including the Red House Glass Cone or the Ruskin Glass Centre. Please check their opening hours etc before planning trips there.
The Black Country Museum is also a great spot for local history, and for fans of Peaky Blinders, as a lot of the filming for the show is done on location there. That's only about 15 minutes away from our event so might be worth a trip too!
Birmingham is only around 15 miles away too.
Staying over -
There are a number of places to stay around the Stourbridge area, if cheap is key then there is a Premier Inn centrally, or The Talbot on the Stourbridge town high street. Alternatively of course Birmingham 15 miles away has a plethora of hotels too.
