Order prepping, and new pedalboard in the works by Marcus D'luxe!
I'm going to start this update off by saying a humble thank you for your orders over the weekend. I fully prepared myself for a quiet run during this uncertainty, but to see customers who choose to order from myself is truly humbling so a heartfelt thank you. As per my last update, my local post office is still open (albeit on reduced opening hours) so I'll keep posting out orders as long as is safe to do so.
A couple of the orders over this weekend were these left handed harnesses (main photo above). I'm seeing more and more customers come to me for left handed items, and the more lefty players I speak to, the more I learn about what they prefer and what they have experienced from the market during their playing life. So hopefully, I can help improve the parts options available to them in the future too.

A little more interesting perhaps for regular viewers of the blog/website, I thought I'd share some photos from my good friend Marcus Darby who makes rustic pedalboards from recycled woods (he works in carpentry so has access to off-cuts regularly and has decided to put them to good use). I already have one of Marcus' boards, a really cool 'upright' display board which comfortably fits a pedal or two perfect for display or video demos. But I was reaching a position where I really fancied finally putting a main board together, so sent Marcus a message recently to plan my Pedaltrain Novo 24 sized board. He's been working on it this past weekend and it's looking very cool! Looking forward to further updates. I opted for the same colour stain as my mini display board, a rustic brown/black finish.

I also asked Marcus to make another mini display/demo board as a gift for my friend John Cordy who has been doing an incredible job on the Millimetric MGS2 videos. He pretty much finished that one this weekend so here's a few photos! Marcus also kindly did a milk paint, white finish for us on request which looks awesome! Can't wait to get it to John.
