A beautiful hand made non-reverse Firebird... FOR FREE?!
Well, in a way, yes! The Guitar Magazine commissioned a guitar to be made by the very talented Neil Haynes, of Haynes Guitars based in Oxfordshire for a pretty crazy chance to win it! Fast forward a little bit and I receive a firebird harness order from Neil with it being destined for this very build! So it was a fantastic surprise for me to know I was a small part of this wonderful build, and one that is up for grabs in a pretty astonishing chance to WIN it... Awesome!

At its core, the guitar sports a two-piece American swamp ash body with three-piece quarter-sawn 10-year master grade African sapele mahogany neck, plus a Santos rosewood fingerboard. The body is finished in a thin-coat polyurethane finish that’s TV Yellow with an antique amber burst around the edges, blending into dark cherry red on the neck.

Paired with my humble pre-wired harness, is a beautiful set of P90s made by fellow UK based main dudes, House of Tone Pickups (I love their name and was pure coincidence by the way!). So it's very nice indeed to be a small part of this guitar, let alone the competition.

For your chance to win this guitar, head over to The Guitar Magazine's website before the 20th March 2018 by clicking the link below!
